Who processes your data
Noship It. is a private, invitation-only console that links Shopify stores together and measures conversions. Each client has an isolated workspace.
Data collected
Account: name, email address, password (hashed), time zone.
Stores: domain, Shopify access tokens (encrypted at rest), catalog and orders needed for statistics, Shopify Payments payouts.
Redirected visitors: technical session ID and ad campaign parameters.
Store customers: order email and phone, kept for at most 7 days for the ad networks.
Telegram: chat ID if you link the bot.
Purposes
Redirect carts between linked stores, attribute sales, compute statistics, send conversions to the ad platforms you configure (Meta, TikTok, Google) and send the alerts you choose.
Retention
A store’s data (orders, configurations, tracking queue) is deleted when you remove it from NoshipIt. or when the Shopify shop/redact webhook is received.
A customer’s email and phone are only used to send conversions to the ad networks: they are erased 7 days after sending, or immediately on the customers/redact webhook. A customers/data_request is forwarded to the store owner and to the administrators.
Visitors’ technical sessions expire automatically.
Sharing
Nothing is sold. Data is only sent to Shopify, to the ad platforms you enable and to Telegram if you link the bot.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data from your workspace administrator, or through the@noshipit_bot bot.
